QDSRAYS UV100 is an energy-curable, flexible aqueous urethane acrylate emulsion that can be intermixed with QDSRAYSUV101 in full ratio, resulting in UV-curable coatings with good flexibility, high abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. pH) to improve solids and/or flexibility.
Key Properties
QDSRAYS UV100 has the following properties
- High solids content
- White appearance
- Good storage stability
- Low viscosity
UV/EB cured coatings based on QDSRAYS UV100 have the following properties:
- High flexibility
- Direct adhesion to a variety of plastic substrates
The true performance of UV/EB cured products also depends on the other components of the formulation, such as reactive thinners, additives and light-emitting agents, as well as the curing conditions.
